In the Saddarmapundarika Sutra which is also known as The Lotus Scripture, and in the Sukhavativyuha Sutra which is also known as The Pure Land Scripture, they both tell of The Bodhisattva’s powers to save lives and her ability to deliver people from any type of calamity, if you simply call upon her assistance!
